ERPNext implementation specialist Jobs in Dubai at Middle East Survey Engineering
We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Implementation Specialist to lead the planning, implementation, customization, and support of ERPNext solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, configure ERPNext modules, manage data migration, conduct user training, and provide ongoing system support to ensure successful ERP adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERPNext solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Configure ERPNext modules including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, Payroll, Projects, and Asset Management.
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements.
- Customize ERPNext forms, workflows, print formats, reports, and dashboards.
- Coordinate data migration, validation, and system testing.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve implementation issues.
- Train end users and prepare user manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with developers for custom features and integrations.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Ensure compliance with business policies, security standards, and best practices.
- Stay updated with ERPNext and Frappe framework releases and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience implementing ERPNext or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, and HR.
- Experience with ERPNext configuration, workflow setup, and module implementation.
- Knowledge of data migration techniques and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience conducting user training and preparing documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Frappe Framework.
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience integrating ERPNext with third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Linux server administration, Docker, or cloud deployments is an advantage.
- ERP implementation certifications or project management certifications are desirable.
Pay: Up to AED1.00 per month
