Providing L1 technical support on fusion ERP on Finance, SCM
Create tickets for L2 support, follow up on SR’s and escalate based on SLA
Training ERP end-users
Ensure system controls are working effectively
Maintain User access control matrix (Roles & Responsibilities)

Prepare BRD / CR documents

Performing Super user trainings and roll-out to end user training
