We are seeking a creative and passionate florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Create and design floral arrangements for various events, including weddings, funerals, and corporate events.
Assist customers with selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences.
Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
Process and care for incoming flowers and plants, including trimming, watering, and arranging.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
Prepare and deliver orders as needed.
Assist with shop maintenance and cleanliness.
Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to enhance product offerings
Requirement:
Previous experience as a florist is preferred
Atleast 3-4 years of UAE experience as a Florist
Strong artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Willing to relocate Dubai
Immediate Joiner preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
