Financial Consulting RS is seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy ERP Finance Specialist to join our team in Al Rayyan. This role is central to optimizing financial processes through ERP systems, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting expertise with deep ERP system knowledge and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support financial operations within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Configure and maintain finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes through ERP workflows
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution
- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using ERP data
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across all financial systems and processes
- Assist in ERP implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements
- Train finance team members on ERP functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline processes and improve automation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience working with ERP systems in a finance environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ERP implementation or digital transformation projects
- Background in consulting, finance operations, or multi-entity environments
- Knowledge of financial process automation and system optimization
