About the Role
Business Umbrella is hiring an ERP Director for a leading multi-campus education group (School / University) in Saudi Arabia. This is a Saudi National (mandatory) position based at the group Head Office in Jeddah, reporting to the CIO / CEO.
Job Purpose
Provide strategic leadership over the implementation, optimization and governance of the group’s ERP ecosystem (Finance, HR, Payroll, SIS-integration, Procurement modules), ensuring the platform scales with campus growth and supports data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Define ERP strategy and roadmap aligned with the group’s digital transformation and Vision 2030 education-tech goals.
- Direct end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrades and module rollouts (Finance, HR/Payroll, Procurement, Student Information System integration).
- Own data security, system integrity and disaster recovery for the ERP infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor the ERP Solutions team and coordinate with external vendors and system integrators.
- Standardize business processes across campuses through ERP-enabled workflow automation.
- Deliver real-time dashboards for the CEO/COO on enrolment, finance, procurement and HR metrics.
- Manage vendor contracts (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and licensing budgets.
- Ensure ERP compliance with Saudi Zakat, VAT, and MOE reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT or Business; Master’s preferred.
- 10-15 years in IT/ERP, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or director ERP role.
- Proven large-scale ERP implementation (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics); Finance, HR & Payroll modules.
- Education group or multi-site enterprise experience preferred.
- Fluent Arabic & English.
- Saudi National (mandatory).
Compensation
SAR 35,000-50,000 per month, aligned with senior IT/ERP director benchmarks in GCC enterprise and education groups.
