Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and possible evaluations, including kitchen equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness across all dining areas.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and storage areas.
• Assist in performing tasks related to food and beverage services across all outlets.
• Aid guests in becoming familiar with menu offerings in an informative manner.
• Follow all safety and health policies and standards when handling food and beverages.
• Sweep, mop, and polish the restaurant and clean and polish the bar and all equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the bar and restaurant, including sideboards.
• Organize the storage and pantry.
• Load and unload goods, returns, and some kitchen and dining tools.
• Perform other tasks as required.
