Picemar is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Equestrian Products Coordinator to join our growing team in Al Rayyan, the heart of Qatar’s horse racing and equestrian culture. Operating from Office 45 in the Al Rayyan Free Zone, Picemar is a premier provider of elite equine equipment and care products.
The Opportunity
Qatar has a storied heritage with the Arabian horse, and at Picemar, we support that legacy by sourcing and distributing the world’s finest equestrian goods. As our Coordinator, you will be the guardian of our product line, ensuring that stables, riders, and trainers across the country have access to the highest quality gear, from performance tack to advanced nutritional supplements.
Your Track Record (Responsibilities)
- Product Portfolio Management: Act as the subject matter expert for our range of equestrian products, managing technical specifications and inventory levels.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with international suppliers to ensure the timely arrival of premium goods into the Al Rayyan Free Zone.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to local equestrian clubs, private stables, and professional riders to help them select the best equipment for their needs.
- Market Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging technologies and trends in the global equestrian market to expand our local catalog.
- Event Support: Represent Picemar at local equine events, races, and exhibitions, showcasing our commitment to the sport.
The Ideal Candidate
- The Equestrian Enthusiast: A deep-rooted understanding of horses is essential. You should know your way around a stable as well as an office.
- The Logistics Pro: Proven experience in product coordination, inventory management, or supply chain (Free Zone experience is a major plus).
- The Communicator: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly valued given our local clientele in Al Rayyan.
- The Problem Solver: A proactive mindset capable of navigating the logistical nuances of importing specialized goods.
