Act as the single point of responsibility and facilitation for the execution of the EPIC project scope, goals, and deliverables on a multi-billion USD offshore gas installation.
Responsibilities:
Lead the EPIC project execution: Ensure full compliance with applicable codes, standards, and HSE requirements. Effectively administer the EPIC contract to ensure the project progresses on time, within budget, and meets safety and quality standards.
Provide project management guidance: Support discipline heads and the entire project management team in project execution.
Interface with stakeholders: Maintain close communication with customers (Operations and Asset Holder) throughout the project to report status and foster continuous improvement.
Manage resources and schedule: Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, planning, and scheduling of project timelines.
Resolve issues: Address safety, quality, technical, contractual, and other project-related issues and disputes in consultation with relevant client departments.
