Environmental Officer – Ashghal Project
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Environmental Officer to join our team for an Ashghal project in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor environmental management plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular site environmental inspections and audits.
- Prepare environmental reports and documentation.
- Manage and maintain the Construction Environmental and Social Management Plan (CESMP).
- Monitor environmental KPIs and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Identify, report, and follow up on environmental non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of overall and relevant environmental experience.
- Proven experience in:
- Environmental management
- Site inspections and audits
- Environmental reporting
- CESMP implementation and monitoring
- KPI tracking and reporting
- Non-conformance management
- Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field preferred.
- Valid Qatar ID (QID).
