We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE, Sustainability, and Environmental Management Lead to join our team for a large-scale aerodrome facility management project. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive program that ensures health, safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability across the site, in alignment with international standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement a Health & Safety Plan aligned with ISO 45001.
Conduct risk assessments and lead accident/incident investigations.
Oversee safety procedures and inspections across all operations.
Manage RAMS and ensure ongoing compliance with safety regulations.
Deliver staff training and ensure emergency response readiness.
Develop and manage an Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
Ensure compliance with environmental policies and initiatives.
Conduct environmental audits and train stakeholders on environmental practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within FM or construction.
CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent certifications (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience :
Previous work experience in airport or aerodrome environments.
Hands-on experience with safety audits, investigations, and training.
Proven collaboration with regulatory bodies and environmental stakeholders.
