We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Entry-Level Waiter Waitress to join our team at a popular Indian restaurant in El-Ain.
As a Waiter Waitress you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide them with menus.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Provide suggestions to guests based on their preferences or dietary restrictions.
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds if needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
