About Us:
Total Comfort is a fast-growing mattress & sleep solutions brand in the UAE. We are orignally B2B Mattress Spring Manufacturers that have & continue to supply all of the biggest brands in the region over the past 25 years. We are looking for 1 motivated junior team member to support our e-commerce and digital marketing operations.
Role Overview:
This is a practical, business-focused position where you will directly contribute to real revenue-generating work — especially in marketplace management, campaigns, listing creation, etc. (Amazon & Noon)
Marketplace Management
- Create and update product listings on Amazon and Noon
- Upload product images and content
- Monitor product information, pricing, and stock levels
- Track customer reviews and ratings
- Assist with marketplace promotions and campaigns
- Help resolve listing issues and marketplace support tickets
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with social media content posting
- Upload website content and product information
- Basic image editing and resizing
- Support advertising campaigns on Meta and Google
- Prepare simple reports using Excel or Google Sheets
- Conduct competitor and market research
Administrative Tasks
- Organize product photos and marketing files
- Maintain spreadsheets and product databases
- Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and internal teams
- Perform general e-commerce and marketing support tasks
Business & Brand Exposure
- Working directly with contractors and digital marketing teams
- Understanding how product presentation affects sales performance
- Participating in brand positioning and growth planning
- Exposure to supplier coordination and product specification decisions
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or e-commerce platforms
- Fluency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Basic Photoshop, Canva, or image editing skills are a plus

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
