Position: Entrepreneur in Residence Working Student

We areseeking an Entrepreneur in Residence(EIR) to help shape the future of our programs andservices by bringing
innovative
ideas
entrepreneurial
thinking andactionable strategies to our growingorganization.
Tasks Program Development  andSupport
Assist indesigning Agile training programs and certifications ensuringcultural
adaptability
and relevance for diverseindustries.
Research and propose
innovative
Agile practices tailored to startups andSMEs.Market Researchand Growth Conductmarket research to identify opportunities in the MENA region andbeyond.
Support the development of strategicpartnerships with universities startups and corporateclients.
Content Creation and Thought
Leadership
Draftengaging  content such as blogs and articles on Agile leadershipcultural
adaptability
andentrepreneurship.
Support the creation ofvisuals and presentations for webinars training sessions andmarketingmaterials.
Community Engagement
andBranding
Assist inbuilding relationships with industry influencers and thoughtleaders.
Support social media campaigns andengagement efforts to expand the platformsreach.
Administrativeand Strategic Support Collaboratewith  the founder on strategic initiatives to enhance platformofferings.
Assist in operational tasks such ascoordinating events organizing feedback and tracking programsuccessmetrics.
Requirements Educational Background :
Currently enrolled in a bachelors ormasters program in Business Management Marketing or a relatedfield.
Interest in Agile and
Leadership
: A passion for Agile methodologiesleadership strategies and culturaldiversity.
Communication
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communicationskills; proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is aplus).Creative and Analytical Mindset:
Ability to think creatively and analyzedata to propose innovativesolutions.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with tools like Canva Google Workspace or social mediaplatforms is aplus.
