Job Description
Our client is currently looking for qualified candidates for an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist position in Jubail. The key responsibilities include:
Assist in developing and refining the organization’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
Perform structured risk assessments across business units, covering operational, financial, and strategic areas.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk registers, ensuring proper documentation and classification of risks.
Collaborate with departments to define and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Track key risk indicators and provide regular updates on potential exposures and mitigation status.
Conduct training sessions and facilitate workshops to enhance risk awareness across teams.
Analyze incidents to determine root causes and identify patterns that may require corrective action.
Prepare and present clear risk reports and dashboards to management and oversight committees.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks relevant to the industrial sector.
Desired Candidate Profile
The client seeks candidates who:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related specialization.
Possess relevant Risk Management professional certifications.
Have a strong understanding of risk management principles and recognized frameworks.
Preference will be given to Saudi applicants.
Are willing to relocate to Jubail city.
Have 5+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management, preferably in related industries.
