Summary
Own and continuously improve the ERP platform and other Finance Software supporting wholesale, retail, finance, inventory, and operations across multiple countries. Act as the single point of accountability for application outcomes and vendor delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Own ERP modules covering purchase, sales, finance, accounting , procurement, inventory, and warehousing
• Translate business needs into ERP solutions
• Manage ERP vendor(s), scope, delivery, and SLAs
• Own ERP roadmap, upgrades, and change governance
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting reliability
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams sitting across different time zones.
• Support audits and compliance requirements
Required Experience & Skills
• 10+ years ERP experience
• Strong understanding of seasonal business models
• Experience with MS Business Central ERPs
• Vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
• Functional ERP expertise (not pure project management
