Our Client:

A well-established FMCG company in the consumer goods sector is looking to hire a dynamic Manager ERP to lead their enterprise systems landscape and support digital transformation initiatives.

Your Role:

As the Manager ERP, you will take ownership of the organization’s ERP ecosystem, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives, scalable, and fully integrated across functions. You will play a key role in driving ERP implementations, upgrades, and process optimization initiatives, while collaborating closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners. The role is based in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Strategy & Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP systems across the organization
  • Support ERP transformation initiatives including system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements
  • Ensure ERP solutions align with business goals and operational requirements

System Integration & Optimization:

  • Oversee integration of ERP systems with other business applications to ensure seamless data flow
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation and optimization initiatives
  • Ensure ERP configurations follow best practices and support operational efficiency

Project Management:

  • Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring delivery within timelines, scope, and budget
  • Apply structured project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Support risk management and ensure smooth execution during system rollouts

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into system solutions
  • Act as a key liaison between IT and business functions
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives

Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and third-party providers
  • Monitor vendor performance and support SLA adherence

Operations & Support:

  • Oversee ERP support activities to ensure system stability and performance
  • Ensure timely resolution of system issues and user queries
  • Drive improvements in ERP support processes

Financial & Resource Management:

  • Support ERP budget tracking and cost optimization initiatives
  • Assist in evaluating ROI of ERP initiatives
  • Provide reporting and insights to leadership

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (mandatory)
  • 8+ years of ERP experience, with exposure to team leadership or project ownership in Saudi Arabia.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, migration, or upgrades (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Experience working across ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Procurement
  • Strong understanding of system integration and business processes
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or modern ERP platforms
  • Experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives
