Skillspark is currently hiring for a government project in Riyadh, seeking highly skilled professionals in Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation. We are looking for senior consultant-level candidates who are passionate about driving change and bringing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Skill-Set and Experience Requirements:
In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies.
Hands-on experience in managing an Enterprise Architecture office.
Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis.
Proficiency in using enterprise architecture tools (e.g., Alfabet).
Strong ability to align IT strategy with business goals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Digital Transformation Skills:
Experience in leading or contributing to digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud Computing, etc.).
Ability to assess business needs and recommend digital solutions to improve processes.
Familiarity with change management and digital adoption strategies.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in designing and implementing digital operating models for transformation efforts.
General Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of IT governance and compliance standards.
Excellent team collaboration skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential, with fluency in Arabic required.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
