About this opportunity:
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join our journey of transformation within the Market Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Your role will focus on customer and employee satisfaction, enabling responsible business practices at Ericsson.
This position requires a deep understanding of our customers’ businesses, operations, and objectives. You will be responsible for customer contribution and cash flow management, including working capital. The ideal candidate will develop business relationships with confidence, take accountability, and contribute to customer success.

Desired Skills and
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
7-10 years of experience in relationship sales within the ICT industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience with full portfolio (Network, Digital Services).
Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
Experience building relationships with C-level executives in Saudi Arabia and digital sectors.
Strong ethics and compliance adherence.
Previous front-line sales experience is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Cultural awareness and ability to work in a global team.
Leadership and change management capabilities.
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
