Enterprise Account Executive – AI / Quantum Computing
We are partnered with a fast-growing European AI and quantum computing scale-up delivering transformational optimisation solutions to large enterprises. The team is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to own the Qatar and wider Middle East market, engaging at C-suite level across complex, high-value sales cycles.
This is a permanent position based in Doha, Qatar.
Key responsibilities for this Enterprise Account Executive position:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle — discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing, and expansion.
- Build and close deals with values of €500K–€1M+, with ambition for €10M+ multi-year engagements.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline with 3× coverage ratio, supported by rigorous forecasting and CRM management.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies across priority industries and enterprise segments.
- Co-create tailored AI use cases, business cases, and transformation roadmaps with C-suite stakeholders.
- Build relationships with system integrators, Big 4 consultancies, and alliance partners.
Key requirements:
- 2+ years in a direct revenue-generating role at an AI scale-up or deep-tech company.
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals of €500K+, including new-logo accounts.
- Consultative selling experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Network across finance, energy, manufacturing, or telecom advantageous.
