We are partnered with a fast‑growing European AI and quantum computing scale‑up delivering transformational optimisation solutions to large enterprises. The team is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to own the Qatar and wider Middle East market, engaging at C‑suite level across complex, high‑value sales cycles.
This is a permanent position based in Doha, Qatar.
Key responsibilities for this Enterprise Account Executive position:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle — discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing, and expansion.
- Build and close deals with values of €500K–€1M+, with ambition for €10M+ multi‑year engagements.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline with 3× coverage ratio, supported by rigorous forecasting and CRM management.
- Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies across priority industries and enterprise segments.
- Co‑create tailored AI use cases, business cases, and transformation roadmaps with C‑suite stakeholders.
- Build relationships with system integrators, Big 4 consultancies, and alliance partners.
Key requirements:
- 2+ years in a direct revenue‑generating role at an AI scale‑up or deep‑tech company.
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals of €500K+, including new‑logo accounts.
- Consultative selling experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Network across finance, energy, manufacturing, or telecom advantageous.
