Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head, Digital Marketing to lead our
digital marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and execute strategies that increase
customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in the travel
industry, possess a strong understanding of travel trends, and have the ability to craft
compelling travel content that resonates with our target audience. They must also be skilled
in developing, pricing, and promoting customized travel packages tailored to different market
segments. Ultimately, their efforts should translate into generating quality leads and
converting them into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
ï‚· Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with
business objectives.
 Oversee and grow Incel Tourism’s digital presence across platforms, including
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
ï‚· Lead content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality, engaging content such as blog
posts, videos, reels, and graphics that showcase unique travel experiences.
ï‚· Develop and market tailored travel packages that cater to diverse clientele and
changing travel trends.
ï‚· Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to
drive traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
ï‚· Analyze key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve
campaign effectiveness.
ï‚· Oversee community management, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries,
reviews, and messages.
ï‚· Establish partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and digital content creators to
expand brand reach and credibility.
ï‚· Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize
engagement and ROI.
ï‚· Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and online
visibility.
ï‚· Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure digital efforts translate
into direct business growth.
ï‚· Leverage storytelling techniques to create immersive travel narratives that inspire
and convert potential travellers.
ï‚· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain
customers.
