Looking for a Maintenance Manager with REAL ESTATE Experience.
Prefer candidates with reputed REAl ESTATE company experience
Ensure proper maintenance of the equipment and physical assets of the company, be it the building, office space, or machinery
Work as a facility manager and do periodic checks of all the facilities that fall under the company, while ensuring that all safety standards are adhered to
Make certain that all the budgets set of maintenance are observed and all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner
Lead, train and monitor the maintenance executive staff and assess their performance to improve the systems
Salary is up to 10,000 to 12,000 AED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
