About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Leather Shoe Maker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality leather shoes that meet both aesthetic and durability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Select and prepare high-quality leather and materials for shoe production.
Cut, stitch, and assemble leather components with precision.
Attach soles using adhesives, stitching, or other appropriate methods.
Perform finishing touches, including dyeing, polishing, and protective treatments.
Customize shoe designs based on client specifications.
Conduct quality checks to ensure durability and craftsmanship.
Repair and refurbish leather shoes as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a leather shoe maker or in a similar role.
Proficiency in cutting, stitching, and assembling leather products.
Knowledge of various shoe-making tools, machines, and materials.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
