Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an English Sales Agent specializing in the Georgia and Dubai real estate markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships with clients, providing tailored customer service, conducting market research, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include offering consultancy on insurance and residency options, along with coordinating training sessions for clients or team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Salary Up to 5000 AED- On KPI
- Proven Sales expertise with experience in negotiation and closing deals.
- Knowledge or experience in Insurance and consultancy services related to real estate.
- Capability to provide Training for clients or team members as applicable.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages considered a plus.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to dynamic and multicultural work environments.
- Prior experience in the real estate market, particularly in Dubai or Georgia, is highly advantageous.
