Key Responsibilities:
Customer follow-ups, sending quotations, and managing payment collections.
Maintain product sourcing database and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Manage indent sales records in Tally and update monthly reports in Excel.
Handle direct sales records and supplier payments.
Full accounting entries for payments & receipts, cost center management, and cash flow preparation.
VAT filing and compliance directly from Tally.
Liaise with banks and currency exchange for transactions.
Generate weekly/monthly sales and financial reports for group companies.
Conduct interim internal audits and year-end performance reviews.
Support administrative functions and handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
Accounting Degree or Diploma
5-10 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and Tally ERP
Fluent in English
