Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Saudi National Engineers to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project schedules.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work complies with project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in project planning, material coordination, and cost control.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
- Participate in project meetings and provide engineering support as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Saudi National (required).
- Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.
- 0–5 years of experience in the construction industry (fresh graduates with SCE registration are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering standards, and project management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other engineering software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial, residential, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code and relevant construction regulations.
- Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
Pay: ﷼6,000.00 – ﷼8,000.00 per month
