Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Engineer at ARH Consulting Engineers in Riyadh. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement& Efficiency:
Analyze current manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve project delays.
Support in developing production plans and optimize refinery production to meet commitments.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver successful projects.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and mentor them forprofessional development.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in project specifications, developing time schedules, and budgets. Ability to negotiate with vendors and contractors.
