Engineering Manager required for a (800 Sterling / 4 Billion AED+) Major Project in central Doha – Project consists of 14 Number buildings ranging from mid level Towers Ranging from 15-30 Storey & High Rise of 40+ , Major Shopping Mall , Large Scale Mosque & a Bespoke 5
* Hotel .
2 1/2 Year Program – Major client team in central Doha.
I want to speak to main contracting characters that have been involved in major large scale projects as an Engineering Manager on works such as :
- Hotels – Major Hotel Brands / 5 Star bespoke projects
In a Ideal World I want candidates that have been involved with Top Tier Contractors on Major Projects in excess of 2 Billion AED in the GCC Market – Dubai , Abu Dhabi , KSA , Oman and so on .
You will have managed size able teams and dealt with all aspects of the job from coordination , management of sub contractors , engineering review , design meetings , management of engineering / site team and much more .
You will be reporting into the Project Director . The PD has a track record of High Value / High profile projects and this is the last place within the management team that they need to find a strong character for .
- 5-10 Years Experience as a Engineering Manager or Similar Designate
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
My client are willing to pay the right character a package ranging from 50-65,000 QAR Lump sum Plus Flights & Medical .
