Overseeing daily and long-term strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within the company.
Planning, monitoring, and recording software licenses and/or hardware assets to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
Identifying, controlling, recording, reporting, auditing, and verifying service assets and configuration items.
Managing assets and configuration.
Providing IT operational support.
Managing resources and stakeholders.
Having 3-5 years of relevant experience in the same field, preferably with a multicultural corporation/organization.
Having previous experience in IT service desk and operational support.
Being well-exposed to industry standards and best practices in IT Asset and configuration management and Service management practice Customer Services service quality.
Qualifying to degree level in a computing-related subject.
Having substantial experience in computing or information technology.
Holding an ITIL Service Management qualification.
Having working knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
Possessing excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Being persuasive and assertive with the ability to change behavior to ensure optimal utilization of IT resources.
Having customer service attitude skills.
Being able to multitask and organize competing priorities.
Having teamwork skills.
Being able to prepare and understand written materials.
