Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily maintenance operations of our property. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained to the highest operational and safety standards while supervising a team of skilled technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
- Assign tasks to engineering team members and monitor performance and productivity
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are executed effectively and on schedule
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, equipment history, and inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve engineering-related issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Assist with procurement of spare parts, tools, and materials
- Prepare periodic reports for management review
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in hotel engineering or maintenance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and maintenance tracking systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Flexibility to work shifts when required
