Engineering Storekeepr Jobs in Ras al-Khaimah at NATURELLE LLC
Job Purpose
To maintain accurate inventory records of engineering spare parts, tools, consumables, and maintenance materials while ensuring timely availability of items required for plant operations and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and store engineering spare parts and consumables.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock counts.
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and critical spare parts.
Store Operations
- Issue materials against approved requisitions.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of equipment and spare parts.
- Maintain bin locations, labelling, and housekeeping standards.
- Handle material transfers and stock adjustments.
Documentation & ERP Management
- Record all inventory transactions in ERP/CMMS systems (SAP).
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Material Issue Notes, and stock registers.
- Prepare inventory and consumption reports.
- Track purchase requests and pending deliveries.
Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance engineers and technicians regarding spare parts requirements.
- Follow up with Vendors for quotations and material delivery
- Support shutdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies.
- Maintain safe storage practices for chemicals, lubricants, and hazardous materials.
- Follow ISO and audit requirements related to inventory control.
Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or bachelor’s or related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in engineering stores, maintenance stores, manufacturing, utilities, or industrial facilities.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Skills Required
- Inventory control and stock management.
- ERP/CMMS software knowledge.
- MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting).
- Knowledge of engineering spare parts and maintenance consumables.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent requirements.
Preferred Knowledge
- Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Instrumentation spare parts.
- FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.
- Stock valuation and inventory audits.
- UAE HSE and warehouse practices.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
