Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to define long‑term vision and roadmap
- Guide technical strategy and architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and progress
- Hire and develop engineering talent while promoting an inclusive and accountable team culture
- Partner across the organization to influence product direction, resourcing, and prioritization
- Improve engineering processes, quality, and reliability
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Proven experience leading multiple teams or company‑level initiatives
- Strategic and systems‑level thinking with the ability to align technical strategy with business goals
- Technical depth in architecture and implementation, including the ability to evaluate trade‑offs
- Experience leading teams through ambiguous problem spaces to deliver high‑quality products
