As an Engineering Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the engineering department by coordinating activities, maintaining records, and ensuringeffective communicationamong team members.

Your roleinvolves assisting withproject management, handling administrative tasks, and facilitatingcommunicationbetween engineering team and other departments.

Key Job Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily activities within the engineering department.

Maintain accurate records of engineering projects, schedules, and maintenance activities.

Supportproject managementtasks, including tracking progress and updating relevant documentation.

Facilitateeffective communicationbetween the engineering team and other hotel departments.

Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of engineering materials and equipment.

Assist in budget monitoring and expense tracking for the engineering department.

Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining records of employee certifications.

Handle administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, attendance sheets and preparing reports.

Support the implementation of health andsafety protocolswithin the engineering department.

Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the engineering team.

Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.

Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
