Age: 25-30 years
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the operations team on status of work
· Liaise with government departments to obtain permits, licenses, and approvals necessary for business operations.
· Should know approval process for Dubai Mainland, Sharjah , RAKEZ, Ajman and other Emirates
· Visit Various Ministries as per the clients requirement for getting necessary govt approvals – DED, Amer centres, Tasheel
· Keep abreast of changes in local laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s compliance at all times. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to government approvals, permits, and licenses.
· Ensure all necessary documents are properly filed and readily available for inspection.
· Provide translation and interpretation support when needed, especially during official meetings and interactions with local authorities.
· Submit expenses on a daily basis with ops team for reimbursement
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share with the management on timely basis
Skills required :
· Manage Multiple task and priorities
· Strong communication in English and Arabic is must
· Good computer knowledge
· Liaising with government authorities for necessary approvals
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Must Know to read and write in Arabic and English
· Driving License is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
