Position: Engineer (Key Customer)

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key bulk water customers to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance and performance of water metering systems, ensuring metering accuracy and data reliability.
- Provide technical support on water metering, billing, and operational issues while coordinating timely resolution with internal teams.
- Monitor water consumption, service performance, and operational data, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with operations, metering and customer service teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, customer records and support customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 9 years’ experience in key account management, water distribution systems, or utility operations.
- Strong knowledge of water distribution networks, bulk water operations, and smart metering technologies.
- Proven skills in customer relationship management, technical problem-solving, data analysis, and reporting.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Arabic is preferred.
