Position: Engineer – Contracts / Commerial Contracts
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including EPC service agreements and supply contracts ensuring alignment with project objectives and risk mitigation. Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from procurement to close-out including tender evaluation, award administration, and dispute resolution. Develop and implement robust contract management strategies and procedures to ensure compliance, performance, and financial control. Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and liabilities, providing clear and actionable advice to project stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master’s degree is a plus. Professional certifications such as FIDIC, NEC, or contract management certifications (e.g., CML) are highly valued. Proven ability to interpret and apply complex legal and commercial contract clauses across various international jurisdictions.
