Job Summary

To Provide technical energy management and energy data analysis expertise, monitor, evaluate, and improve a facility’s energy performance and to take the lead on Measurement and Verification (M&V) activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify energy-saving opportunities.
  • Analyze energy consumption data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Develop and implement energy efficiency projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to design energy-efficient systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to energy analysis.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on energy-related issues.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and sessions on energy efficiency practices.
  • Monitor and analyze data from existing building systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting and controls) to reduce energy consumption and evaluate project’s energy performance.
  • Identify saving opportunities in HVAC and other energy systems and evaluate the impact of their implementation.
  • Communicate the findings with the client/team on site and support the site teams with the implementation as needed.
  • Create and maintain various dashboards to enhance monitoring, analysis, and raising awareness to facility occupants.
  • Ensure that project objectives are met, and shortcomings are identified early on.
  • Assist with the regular workload planning in coordination with the team manager.
  • Support the energy audits team, business development team, and site operations with cost estimates, data, and findings.
  • Good knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems in buildings, and other energy systems.
  • Act as key account manager: manage the relationship with clients and their expectations.
  • Develop a pro-active working relationship with all stakeholders and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.
  • Representing Enova in the industry and client meetings.

Abide by the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality, (HSEQ) policy, procedures necessary for the good conduct and safety of the workplace. The Employee shall seek clarification and guidance in specific cases or whenever one feels necessary.

Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Energy related engineering (4+ years Degree).
  • 4-5 of experience of relevant experience.
  • Strong Measurement & Verification (M&V) experience.
  • Experience in energy data analytics.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Background in coding (Python, Axon, or similar).
  • Client facing
  • Strong organizational and filing skills.
  • Knowledge of document control processes and version management.
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
  • Understanding of operational processes in facilities management is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills for resolving document discrepancies.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance and quality standards in documentation.
