About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Officer to be responsible for promoting a positive work environment by managing employee relations, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role supports communication between staff and management, assists in policy development, and coordinates initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and engagement. Working closely with HR and legal teams, the officer helps maintain fair and consistent employee practices across the organization

Enhance communication between management and employees to ensure effective information flow.
Address employee complaints and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
Support the development, implementation, and updating of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements and organizational goals.
Promote a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, respect, and collaboration.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to support continuous improvement.
Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and fair employment practices.
Plan and organize events and activities aimed at boosting employee morale and engagement.
Collaborate with legal advisors to resolve employee relations issues with legal implications.
Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff, encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing.
Follow and uphold departmental policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent and controlled operations.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in employee relations practices, cost efficiency, and service quality.
Prepare accurate and timely reports and documentation in line with organizational standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in the employee relations field.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR policies.
Strong conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with employee engagement and satisfaction practices.
Strong knowledge of government websites such as ( Absher, Qiwa, Madad, and Muqeem..).
