Position: Employee Relations Officer (Retail)
Job Objective:
To execute activities related to employee relations in order to ensure systematic application of personnel policies and procedures and day to day support in all employee relations matters, in order to provide an efficient service to management and employees.
Key Accountabilities:
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures.
Employee Services and Grievances.
Disciplinary Actions.
Employee Records and Documentation.
Employee Engagement.
Statements and Reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ HumanResource Managementor equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
2-3 years of experience in employee relations.
Job Specific Skills:
Good understanding of the organization.
Good command of English and Arabic.
Proficient organizational skills.
Supervisory skills.
Communication skills.
Problem solving.
Microsoft Office computer skills.
