🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead employee relations initiatives, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and employment practices. The ideal candidate will manage employee relations matters, support conflict resolution, advise leaders on people-related issues, and help create an engaging and compliant work environment.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee relations strategies aligned with organizational objectives, company values, and workforce engagement initiatives

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, workplace policies, performance management, and employment practices

• Manage employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace complaints in a fair, timely, and confidential manner

• Partner with human resources, legal, leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and ethical standards

• Develop and maintain employee relations policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices to promote consistency and compliance

• Conduct workplace investigations, document findings, recommend appropriate actions, and ensure effective case management

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including employee engagement, turnover, absenteeism, grievance trends, disciplinary actions, and employee satisfaction

• Support performance management processes, organizational change initiatives, workforce restructuring, and employee communications

• Deliver training and guidance to managers on employee relations, conflict management, workplace conduct, performance conversations, and policy interpretation

• Analyze employee feedback, engagement survey results, exit interviews, and workforce trends to identify improvement opportunities and recommend action plans

• Collaborate with talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, and HR business partners to enhance the overall employee experience

• Prepare employee relations reports, dashboards, case summaries, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Employment Law, Management, or a related field preferred

• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent are advantageous

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, human resources, HR business partnering, or related roles

• 2+ years of experience managing employee relations programs, workplace investigations, or HR advisory functions preferred

• Strong understanding of employment legislation, employee relations practices, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and HR policies

• Experience with HRIS platforms, case management systems, employee engagement tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, mediation, negotiation, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities

• High integrity with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information professionally and ethically

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
