Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and resolutions.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in employee relations.

Employee Engagement

Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and retention.

Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Develop communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged with company updates, events, and initiatives.

HR Support & Collaboration

Partner with HRBPs to align employee relations and engagement strategies with overall HR goals.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.

Analyze engagement metrics and prepare reports to track progress and recommend improvements.
