About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves guiding prospective students in choosing the right academic programs, driving enrollments, and contributing to the growth of our institution. Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel and guide prospective students regarding course offerings, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
* Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
* Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
* Maintain a database of potential students and track engagement.
* Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to enhance student outreach.
* Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Requirements:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or academic counseling (Education industry preferred).
✅ Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital communication tools.
