THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its high‑acuity emergency department, trauma and resuscitation services and is seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Consultant to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead assessment and stabilisation of emergency, trauma, cardiac, medical, surgical and pediatric presentations.
- Run resuscitation, airway management, procedural sedation and critical decision‑making in the emergency department.
- Triage complex cases, supervise emergency teams and coordinate timely specialist referrals.
- Ensure safe patient flow, observation unit decisions, transfers and discharge planning.
- Participate in disaster preparedness, trauma protocols, simulation training and clinical governance.
- Maintain accurate emergency documentation, medico‑legal compliance and patient safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY

- American Board of Emergency Medicine
- UK CCT / FRCEM
- European Board of Emergency Medicine
- Royal College Certification (Canada)
- Australian FACEM
- Arab Board
- MD / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
