Provide advanced nursing care to patients experiencing medical emergencies, trauma, or critical conditions.
Conduct rapid assessments, identify life-threatening conditions, and initiate appropriate interventions.
Administer medications, IV fluids, oxygen therapy, and other emergency treatments as allowed by EMS protocols.
Perform life-saving procedures such as CPR, airway management, wound care, and bleeding control.
2. Pre-Hospital Response & Transport
Respond promptly to emergency calls and dispatch instructions.
Stabilize and prepare patients for safe transport to hospitals or higher-level care facilities.
Monitor patients continuously during transport and adjust care as needed.
Communicate patient status and interventions to receiving hospital staff.
3. Clinical Documentation
Complete accurate and timely patient care reports (PCR).
Document assessments, interventions, medication administration, and observations according to EMS standards.
Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection regulations.
4. Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with paramedics, EMTs, physicians, and other emergency personnel.
Provide clear communication to patients, families, and bystanders during emergency situations.
Assist in coordinating with local hospitals, police, fire departments, or rescue teams when needed.
5. Equipment & Safety
Ensure all medical equipment, supplies, and ambulance inventory are complete and functioning.
Follow infection control, safety protocols, and proper use of PPE.
Maintain readiness of the emergency vehicle and report any issues to the supervisor.
6. Professional Development
Participate in ongoing training such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or other required certifications.
Attend drills, refresher courses, and performance evaluations.
Stay updated on EMS protocols, emergency procedures, and clinical guidelines.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
Male & Female
Age: 25
-45 years old
Preferably with a Valid Saudi License
– Nurse Specialist
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Emergency Room, Critical Care, or EMS setting (preferred).
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (as required)
Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or ITLS (advantageous)
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication, teamwork, and crisis management skills.
Physically fit and able to perform emergency lifting and patient transport.
