Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Embroidery Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in embroidery design, digitizing, and preparing production-ready files for embroidery machines. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Create embroidery designs based on customer requirements and artwork.
- Digitize logos, text, and graphics using embroidery software.
- Prepare machine-ready embroidery files and samples.
- Select appropriate stitch types, densities, and thread colors.
- Ensure designs are optimized for production and fabric compatibility.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve accurate and timely output.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback.
- Maintain organized records of embroidery files and design specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in embroidery designing and digitizing.
- Proficiency in embroidery software such as Wilcom or similar.
- Knowledge of embroidery production processes and machine operations.
- Strong attention to detail and color matching skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
