No Limits Real Estate is looking for a Team Leader (Secondary Market) to lead and mentor our growing team of agents. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents specializing in the secondary market.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance and achieve revenue targets.
Source and secure property listings while guiding agents in effective prospecting.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to help the team stay competitive.
Support agents in negotiations and closing deals with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and market knowledge.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Track team performance, set goals, and drive accountability through KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong background in the secondary market.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong ability to acquire and maintain a portfolio of property listings.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus).
