T E C Performance is a leading ELV company based in Dubai, with a branch in Abu Dhabi. As the main distributor of Gamanet a.s., developer of the global security integration platform C4, we deliver advanced integrated security solutions across the UAE.
We're looking for a skilled CCTV & ELV Technician to join our Dubai team.
❗ Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- ✅ Currently residing in the UAE
- ✅ Available for Immediate Joining
- ✅ Valid UAE Driving License
- ✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with CCTV and Access Control Systems (hardware & software)
- ✅ Strong troubleshooting experience in physical security systems
- ✅ Experience working in the UAE/GCC
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV systems, Access Control Systems (ACS), and other ELV/security systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
- Read technical drawings and execute installations independently on-site.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Coordinate professionally with clients, consultants, and project teams.
✅ Preferred Technical Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Hikvision
- Pelco
- Salto
- Suprema
- Honeywell
- Other enterprise-grade CCTV and Access Control platforms
A technical diploma or relevant certification is an advantage.
