- Plan, execute, and oversee ELV projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of ELV systems, including structured cabling, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
- Ensure all projects adhere to ADMC (Abu Dhabi Municipality Code) regulations and other relevant standards.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory approvals and inspections.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment.
- Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ELV projects in the GCC region.
- Extensive knowledge of structured cabling, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Comprehensive understanding of ADMC regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
