Job responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and schedule appointments.
Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments and maintaining client records.
preparing medical files for patients and reimbursement forms for insurance.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Proven experience in accounts or financial administration.
Requirements:
Female / Arab Candidates ONLY.
requirements:
The applicant must be polite, presentable and good looking.
Should have her own visa or sponsor visa .
fluent in English and flexible in time shifting
