Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Elite Real Estate Consultant. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, facilitating property sales and acquisitions, conducting market research, and providing expert advice to clients on real estate opportunities. The Elite Real Estate Consultant will build and maintain client relationships, showcase premium properties, negotiate deals, and stay informed about current and upcoming real estate trends within Dubai.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong skills in Sales and Negotiation
- Experience in providing training and client education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
